I found this 3-2 button roll navy cotton blazer with patch pockets at a thrift store 2 years ago. I would say around Fall/Winter 2010. Since then i got the waist and arms taken in, and also got the sleeves shortened. I got this jacket for $23.00. Alterations were slightly more than what i paid for the jacket- $35.
